In April 2019, Cecily Chua, Andrea Cetrulo and John Bingham-Hall were invited to Buenos Aires to do research as part of our Urban Backstages project. With the support of the British Council, they returned in October to present a workshop, exhibition and panel talk within the Bienal de Arquitectura de Buenos Aires. Three Spanish-language articles document this work: the newspapers Clarín and La Nación covered John Bingham-Hall’s participation in a panel discussion alongside BA Culture Minister Enrique Avogadro and artist Leandro Erlich, and a short essay in Plataforma Arquitectura by TM Associate Andrea Cetrulo describes our research , complete with drawings by Cecily Chua.
