By diving into the work of Isadora Neves Marques, this session will take us from worlds and characters hidden in a modest poem all the way to the cinematic big screen.

Isadora Neves Marques is a film director, artist, and writer. Their films and artworks have been exhibited internationally, most recently as the Official Portuguese Representation – Portugal Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale, Palais de Tokyo, and Rotterdam International Film Festival. They are co-founders of the poetry press Pântano Books, having recently published the poetry collection Sex as Care and Other Viral Poems (2020).
